FASTPANEL® support team provides free basic support to help you resolve issues related to the control panel and its integrated services. Our support is available to all users and focuses on ensuring stable and predictable operation of the panel.
What is included?
Under FASTPANEL® Help, our specialists can assist you with the following:
- Control panel issue analysis — investigation and diagnostics of problems affecting the operation or performance of FASTPANEL® itself
- Service troubleshooting — identifying and analyzing issues in services managed by FASTPANEL®, such as web servers, mail systems, and backup services
- Usage consultation — guidance on the correct use of panel features and configuration options
- Feature requests — submission and initial review of ideas for new features or improvements
What is not included?
Free support does not cover system administration, complex configuration tasks, direct server management, or fixing website issues unrelated to the control panel. If your request requires these, we recommend considering Paid Administration for a more comprehensive service level.
How to contact us?
A support request can be submitted directly from your billing panel. Please include as much detail as possible (problem description, error messages, and relevant logs) to help our team respond efficiently.
For detailed analysis, our specialists may request temporary root access to your server.
