Updated PHP to address critical vulnerabilities

  • Addressed remote code execution vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619. Updated PHP to the following patched versions:
    • PHP 7.4.33
    • PHP 8.2.35
    • PHP 8.3.36
    • PHP 8.4.27
    • PHP 8.5.12
    • Other PHP versions have not been updated as part of this release. Their use is strongly discouraged; migrate to one of the patched versions listed above.
